St. Louis Blues to pick up supplies for local partners
St. Louis Blues and KidSmart Host School Supply Drive August 31
ST. LOUIS - Blues for Kids and KidSmart are teaming up to collect school supplies for area students in need on Wednesday, Aug. 31. Local businesses are invited to donate much-needed supplies to help equip St. Louis area students with basic supplies that are essential for being successful in school.
Blues celebrities and Louie the St. Louis Blues Mascot will pick up donated supplies in person with the St. Louis Blues van on Wednesday, Aug. 31.
Businesses can participate by completing an online form. The Blues will schedule a time to come pick up the donation items.
Items needed include paper, pencils, markers, glue, crayons, 2-pocket folders, pens, student scissors, colored pencils, and erasers. Monetary donations will also be accepted; checks can be made out to KidSmart or donations can be made online at http://www.kidsmartstl.org.
