Mastercard Stuffs 350 Backpacks

Hi yall! I’m Sean, and I’m an intern at KidSmart from Georgia. As the summer comes to an end (it’s really cool outside today!), let me just say what a wonderful time I’ve had with this incredible organization. It’s amazing what KidSmart does for this community by helping out our kids, and I am extremely proud to have been part of this fantastic experience.

Enough about me...on a much more important note, the Push has only been on for a little over a week, but the drive is already well under way. Last Thursday, Mastercard volunteers stuffed 350 backpacks in less than 2 hours! That’s about a backpack every 20 seconds! Each backpack contained a pack of pencils, crayons, markers, notebook paper, colored pencils, an eraser, a glue bottle, a supply box, a pair of scissors, and a ruler. Wow! That’s a lot of supplies!
